StoryAloud converts PDF documents to audiobooks using cloud processing. You must hold the rights to every document you upload.
Subscriptions and credits
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
- Consumable credits are non-refundable except where required by law or by store policy.
- Free tier limits (pages per document, file size, languages) apply as described in the app.
- Prices are shown by the store in your local currency, and the store handles every payment and refund.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, malware, or material you do not have permission to process. We may suspend an account that does.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee perfect text extraction, translation, or speech synthesis, and audio quality varies with the source document.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
